Cancellation Policy
At Marurumi Safaris, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while enabling us to maintain the quality of service our guests expect.
Cancellation Fees:
- More than 120 days before departure: 25% of total cost
- 120 – 60 days before departure: 35% of total cost
- 60 – 30 days before departure: 50% of total cost
- 30 – 15 days before departure: 75% of total cost
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost
Amendments:
Changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Amendments within 30 days of travel may be treated as cancellations.
No-shows:
Guests who fail to show up for their trip without prior notice will forfeit 100% of the booking amount.
Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics), we will review your case and may offer rescheduling or travel credit.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly advise all guests to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations and other emergencies.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days via the original payment method.
