   Amazing experience and perfectly arranged

   The safari with Marurumi safaris was amazing! The communication was fast and clear and they arranged everything perfectly.

   Mr Robinson was our guide and was a great tour guide. He went out of his way to show us all the animals, which he could all identify, really took his time and was always friendly and patient.

   The accommodations we slept in were also great. It was a good mix of different surroundings, the food was always good and the staff very friendly. It was especially very special to sleep in a hotel where the giraffes and zebra’s just walk around!

   I think the price-quality ratio was very good. We would recommend Marurumi safaris.

   Dedicated provider!
   James was great: him and his team were dedicated in finding a leopard for us!
   Went above and beyond and listened to all our wishes. Definitely a great value for money and I would recommend James’ agency for both Kenya and Tanzania.

   Absolutely Amazing!

   We had a fantastic time with Marurumi! As this was our first time on safari and in Africa we were initially apprehensive, however there was no need to be as we were in very safe hands with our guide Robin and absolutely everything exceeded our expectations.

   Communication prior to our trip was excellent – James was always very prompt and happy to answer any questions we had. On arrival in Nairobi, we were met by James, Robin and Ivy. James provided thorough introductions and reviewed the itinerary, ensuring we were happy before we left for our safari.
   Across our seven days we stayed in 3 different camps and visited 3 different parks (Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara) all of which were fantastic. The hotels were of exceptional quality with fantastic food, service and amenities (we chose the budget package, but the hotels and service were anything but!). The staff’s hospitality was unmatched, they regularly asked how our safari was going, what we had seen that day as well as consistently inquiring about our well-being and ensuring our comfort.

   Opting for a private safari granted us the flexibility to tailor our itinerary. Robin expertly suggested timings to maximise our experience, yet graciously accommodated our requests if we fancied a later start.

   The game drives were exceptional. We saw over 40 different types of animals and not only did we see the ‘big 5’ across the first 4 days, we were also extremely lucky to see all 5 in one day during our last day at the Masai Mara – very rare and absolutely amazing! This was in large part down to Robin and his knowledge of the locations we visited. Considering the size of the parks and the sometimes elusive nature of certain animals Robin expertly guided us throughout the day as well as providing information about the animals and parks and sometimes being our photographer!

   Finally, we must extend special recognition to our fantastic guide Robin who really made our trip unforgettable. Robin’s brilliance and tireless dedication ensured that our trip surpassed all expectations – nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn’t have asked for better. Robin was extremely professional but also very personable and friendly and it was great to get to know him over the week.

   His commitment to our satisfaction and his fervour for showcasing all that his country and its parks had to offer really made an impression on us. He eagerly shared insights into safari and Kenyan culture, even going the extra mile to teach us a few phrases in Swahili (despite our sometimes-faltering attempts!). Robin’s unwavering enthusiasm and genuine care made him an invaluable part of our experience.

   Throughout the week, Robin consistently went the extra mile to ensure our trip was truly exceptional. A small example of his dedication was on our departure day when, despite our evening flight, he stayed with us until 7 pm, ensuring we weren’t waiting around at the airport.

   We had a fantastic trip with Marurumi and can’t thank them and Robin enough. We wholeheartedly intend to recommend them to our friends and family. We were very sad to leave Kenya and our guide Robin – but we will definitely be back!

   “James is the best tour guide”
   We traveled to Amboseli national park.
   It was the best decision for us to use marurumi tour company.
   Our guide James was kindly, very entertaining, and ensured we spotted as much wildlife as possible.
   We really enjoyed this tour.
   I would recommend marurumi safaris tour company again.

   Great value for money, quick and flexible communication

   We chose this company because of the low price, fast and detailed communication. And we were not disappointed. We had a wonderful driver/guide Robie who became a friend over the 6 days of the safari.He was a great driver and we were always first in the games.The car was clean and tidy. We always had enough water in the car. Robie solved all technical problems quickly and with a smile. The accommodation exceeded expectations, especially in the Masai Mara.I recommend asking before the safari what the car will be, it is always better to choose a 4×4 jeep, because it will pass more easily on difficult roads, and bigger windows.

   Perfect experience
   We booked a seven day private Land Cruiser safari throw the Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha, Amboseli and Tsavo west parks.
   Marurumi is an ambitious agency that perfectly manages to combine the solidity of a stable company with the attention of a family business. They organize sartorial experiences with obsessive attention to detail and professionalism.
   The organization was impeccable, we felt like family. Our guide James followed us with care and great professionalism, managing to show us over 70 different species of animals (including all the big five) giving us precise explanations of their behaviour. All accommodation and facilities were above expectations.

   Highly recommended!

   Great experience
   I took a private tour. I had a wonderful safari experience thanks to my guide, David. David was kind, hospitable, and did a good job in the Masai Mara. He was flexible to my sudden requests.
   The hotel I stayed at in Masai Mara was different from the quote, which made me nervous at first, but it turned out to be much nicer and I appreciated the change.
   I will be back in a few years with my family.

   Wow, What a trip!!!
   From First day of booking our safari right through to the end of our trip, the communications and service were excellent!
   Our guide James, made the game drives a lot of fun and memorable. He was extremely knowledgeable and had a tremendous ability to see animals, His knowledge of the environment, local culture, and wildlife is always a bonus of this safari. He even invited us to try the street food, some unforgettable experience!!

    A perfect trip

    We have an excellent stay in kenya thanks to marurumi safari. People always reachable before and during the stay. A very warm welcome upon our arrival in Nairobi, a great driver guide Ken throughout the week. The choice of hôtels, the organisation of Park visits were very good and well optimiser.
    We are completely satisfied with this service.
